What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We are located in Germany, thus we ship all of our shipments with the German Post.
Generally we offer free untracked shipping by Deutsche Post’s “Book and merchandise” for all orders above 45€. For any orders with a total value under 45€ shipping cost amounts 6.50€.
For German customers we are able to offer cheaper domestic rates. Free shipping is granted on all orders above 40€. Orders below 40€ shipping costs amount to 5.50€.
All shipping costs are given including VAT.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We deliver our goods to all countries within the European Union.
As of now, we cannot serve any international customers outside of the European Union.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Delivery times depend on the country of destination. Within Germany you can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 days after you’ve received your order confirmation. For all remaining EU countries delivery can take 5-7 days.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
You have the choice between the following payment options:
- Payment by bank transfer
- Payment by direct debit (Sofortüberweisung)
- Payment by credit card
- Payment through paypal
In case of payment by bank transfer we reserve the right to cancel any orders without payment within 14 days of the date ordered.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
As of now, we cannot offer an easy way to change your order by yourself. If you need to change your order you can contact us – prior to receiving your shipping notification – at hello@mydearvalerie.com. We are happy to help!
If you wish to cancel a order, you are free to do so at any time within 14 days of the date you ordered with us.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You don’t need an account to order with us, however, you might find it advantageous creating one. You’ll be able to track the status of your orders, create a wish list and much more. Long story short, shopping will be a lot more comfortable.
How Do I Track My Order?
If you have created an account, simply log into your account and track the status of your order from your account dashboard.
Otherwise you can always enter the information of the confirmation e-mail we sent you on our tracking page.
How Can I Return a Product?
Even if we can’t think of any reason one would ever return anything from our little shop, we certainly want you to have the best experience possible shopping with us. Before considering to return a product we would like to invite you to shoot us a mail to hello@mydearvalerie.com so we can take care of your concerns.
