The Blackwing Volume 3 is an homage to Ravi Shankar, the “Godfather of World Music”. It was released in June 2020 to celeberate his 100th birthday. The Blackwing Volume three is coated in a matte turmeric yellow finish with a overlayed pattern that has been inspired by one of Ravi Shankar’s sitars. It is made up of the Sanskrit symbol “Om”.
The graphite is graded as “extra-firm”. It feels like a B.
The Blackwing Volumes are always limited editions that are produced just once, therefore I only have limited stock on these.
